Overview on registration
Under regulation 20 of the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010, the Engineer/Structural Engineer/Town Planner/Landscape Architect/Urban Designer/Engineer-Diploma/Supervisor (Civil) are required to be registered.
The qualifications for registration shall be as given in the respective definition in the Goa Land Development and Building Construction Regulations, 2010.
The Town & Country Planning Department shall be the registering authority for the purpose of the said regulations. The professionals seeking registration/renewal shall submit the application at the office of the Chief Town Planner in prescribed format as per Appendix-A7 of the regulations. Registration shall be valid for the period of five years and shall be renewable after every five years.
